  • Custom or special order components

  • Electronics with tampered packaging or missing serial numbers

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.
